Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Yarduno's yard operation management and billing platform.

Effective date: August 26, 2026

Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, requesting a demo, or otherwise using Yarduno (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the yard operation you represent ("Customer", "you").

The Service

Yarduno provides software for container yards, drop yards, trailer and truck parking, and outdoor storage operators to manage customer accounts, orders, tickets, in/out records, rate plans, invoices, payments, statements, and notifications.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided when setting up an account, and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Notify us promptly at support@yarduno.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; Yarduno does not store full payment card numbers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Customer data

You retain ownership of the operational data you submit to Yarduno (customer records, tickets, invoices, and related records). We process that data to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access accounts or data belonging to other tenants, interfering with the Service's operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Yarduno and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Yarduno's trademarks or proprietary technology.

Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription as described in the applicable order or account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are materially breached. Upon termination, you may request an export of your operational records for a limited period.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yarduno disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Yarduno's jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
